My law office used Hebron Realty on two separate occasions, to locate office space in Brooklyn Heights/Downtown Brooklyn. Anyone who has worked in this area will tell you that they are the gold standard by which all other commercial brokers in this neighborhood are measured. I don’t know of any company which has more years of combined experience in this particular market or has better connections with the landlords, tenants and other realtors in this area. Not only do I highly recommend them but I could not see how anyone would want to use any other commercial broker in this market.
